To achieve the highest possible quality in our coffee we do not roast a coffee
until it is ordered and we only sell coffee in whole bean form to maintain
the freshest possible coffee.

Central American Coffee:
Guatemala Chimeltenango - San José Ocaña: $15.00
Unique balance between chocolate, toffee and raisin sweetness, with clove
spice hints, concord grape, berry, and a floral flavor.
Guatemala HHT El Injeto $11.00:
Nice balance with chocolate, spice hints, grape, berry, and a floral tones.
Panama-Finca Berlina $11.00: Clean, nicely sweet, with a perfect balance mild citric acidity and chocolate roast tone with a refined finish.
South American Coffee:
Brazil Fazenda Sao Jose $11.00
Light Body, nice sweetness, Hazelnut and Cocoa.
Colombia Supremo-El Toro $11.00

African-Arabian Coffee:
Kenya AA Plus-Simba $13.00
Pungent sweetness, malty roast taste, Fruity, concord, Grape and orange.
Ethiopia Harrar Longberry $12.00
This coffee has wonderful blueberry aromatics and overtones with medium body
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Grade 2-Kochere District $12.00
Medium Body, Bold Intensity with Bright Citric Sweetness and Floral notes.
Indonesia-Asia Coffee:
India Monsooned Malabar $11.00
A very mellow coffee with a bold pungency, nice nuttiness and caramel flavors.
Sumatra Mandheling Gr.1 $11.00
Classic Sumatran coffee with rustic overtones, earthy, exotic and heavy body.
Sulawesi Kalossi Grade 1 $11.00
A very deep body but still a little bright in some overtones. Wonderful texture.
Papa New Guinea $10.00
A sweet coffee with a buttery texture and a clean, medium body.
Island Coffee:
Hawiian Kona Peaberry $33.00 (temporarily unavailable)
The highest quality available with a mild body, light character, yet still
has a high berry overtone.
Decaf Coffee:

Decent intensity with high tones that carry through the decaffeination process.
Kenya Water Process Peaberry $13.00- Very bright with key lime, with Meyer lemon, caramel and floral sweetness.
Sumatra Water Process $12.00-Good body, unique wood and earthy notes, very low acidity.
